EXERCISES
We design exercises to establish a welcoming learning environment for all involved staff across disciplines of Public Safety. The exercise will be on a topic of your choosing but, will be based on resources provided by the Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP). The exercise will have all “players” execute and test plans and procedures for responding to what you would like evaluated. We will conduct a no-fault learning environment wherein systems and processes, not individuals, will be evaluated. However, we will design simulations to be realistic and plausible and will contain sufficient detail from which players can respond. This means “players” will react to information and situations as they are presented, in the same manner as if the simulated incident were real. We will customize the exercise you would like to the number of staff, participants, and agencies involved. The exercise will include planning from across all Public Safety disciplines designed to be inclusive of all points of view.
